Receiving Associate
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and quality
Accurately enter receipts into the system and ensure proper documentation
Label, organize, and stage inventory in designated warehouse locations
Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to buyer or quality
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Warehouse Support (Shipping): Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when volume requires
Verify part numbers and quantities prior to shipment
Support small parcel shipping using UPS, FedEx, and DHL
Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills / ERP or Advance warehousing is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs /team lift 150 lbs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Warehouse environment with frequent lifting, standing, and movement
Fast-paced setting with daily receiving deadlines
