Forward Deployed Engineer

Job TitlePay Range: $45hr - $50hrRequirement/Must HaveStrong experience in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Node.js.Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.Exposure to AI-enabled development tools and automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka.Experience with CI/CD tools: Bamboo, Bitbucket or AWS DevOps.Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Client and Datadog.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications and platform solutions.Work across application layers, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integration services.Develop and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments and provide effective resolutions.Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to accelerate solution delivery.Drive customer adoption and ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.Provide technical leadership, solution recommendations, and best practices to customers and internal teams.Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.Nice to HaveKnowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and LLM integrations.Experience in the Healthcare domain.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
