Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a growing transportation and distribution operation in Grapevine, TX. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Pay $17 + DOE


Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Move products throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment
• Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for quality and accuracy
• Secure products for transport using appropriate packaging and protective materials
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control
• Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
