About This Role
Seeking a caring and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our Christian preschool ministry opening September 2026. We are passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
What You'll Do
Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans that support early childhood development and incorporate biblical truth.
Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged.
Partner with parents and guardians in supporting each child’s growth and faith journey.
Ensure classroom safety and uphold policies that provide a secure, nurturing environment.
Collaborate with other teachers to uphold the mission and values of our preschool ministry.
Attend training sessions or professional meetings to develop or maintain professional knowledge.
Collaborate with other teaching professionals to develop educational programs.
Requirements
Love for Christ and a passion for teaching young children.
Prior experience in early childhood education or preschool setting preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to integrate Christian values into daily classroom activities.
