What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:

Operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down or stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks
Move bulky materials, sorted pallets, and recyclable materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload staging areas to support sorting lines and processing areas
Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance concerns
Follow pallet stability and stacking requirements to help maintain a safe work environment
Assist with ground-level processing or sorting when forklift operation is not needed

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate

1-2 years of verified forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (forklift certification, preferred)
Ability to safely mount and dismount equipment
Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, and pull
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong focus on safety and following established procedures
Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
