Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with meals, hydration, and comfort throughout the day
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident interactions
• Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols to ensure a safe environment

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced care setting
