Job Full Description We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with maintenance experience to perform general repairs and upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and a variety of hand and power tools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders, reports, inspections, and inventory records.
- Clean, paint, and refurbish units as they become vacant.
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and general handyman duties.
- Help keep units and facilities clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience required.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
