Solar Sales Representative Opportunity

Are you currently in Solar Sales or working as a Tech? You will absolutely crush it here. You already understand the energy landscape, you're comfortable on-site with customers, and you know how to pitch value. We will completely teach you our specific equipment. This is a people-first sales roleperfect for someone coming from hospitality, customer service, or retail. You don't need prior sales or generator experience. We'll train you on the product and process. What matters most is your ability to:

• Connect with people
• Build trust
• Guide conversations naturally

This role includes both phone outreach and in-person consultations. What you'll do:

• Build Relationships: Shake hands, meet people at their homes or businesses, and turn conversations into sales.
• Get Out of the Office: This isn't a boring desk job. You'll be out in the field, visiting customer locations, assessing their power needs, and offering solutions.
• Consult & Connect: Listen to what the customer needs and help them choose the right backup power setup (we'll teach you exactly how to do this).
• Own your Day: Manage your own schedule, follow up on warm leads, and network in the local community to maximize your sales.

Who you are:

• A People Person: You are charismatic, easy to talk to, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with strangers.
• Comfortable on the Move: You love being out on the road and visiting customers at their properties. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are a must.
• Driven by Incentives: You want a commission-driven role because you know your hustle is worth more than a flat hourly wage.
• Experience That Excels Here: Solar sales representatives, solar/electrical technicians, home services estimators, real estate agents, or anyone with a proven track record of face-to-face, consultative sales. No specific generator experience requiredwe train!
