Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join its well-established Family Medicine clinic in Hood River, Oregon. The practice features a multidisciplinary team including integrated behavioral health, social work, weight management program and excellent support staff. Full-time position; flexible to hire 0.9 to 1.0 FTE Outpatient care only Schedule is 4 days per week and very limited phone call only Recognized as Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home and Age Friendly Health System Opportunity for teaching residents for those who are interested Guaranteed base salary, sign on bonus, educational loan funds, and relocation assistance available Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, CME days and dollars, and Malpractice.
