Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift opportunity in Fenton, MO. This role is ideal for someone with sit-down forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work in a structured manufacturing or production environment.

The Forklift Operator will support daily operations by moving materials, labeling and packing finished products, verifying product details, and helping maintain a clean and safe workspace. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate looking for steady hours, a supportive team environment, and the potential for long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently in a production or warehouse setting.
- Label, pack, stack, and organize finished products according to established procedures.
- Verify product codes, packaging accuracy, and finished goods before movement or shipment.
- Perform quality checks and report product, packaging, or equipment issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following PPE and safety requirements.
- Support production and material handling needs to help keep workflow moving on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
- Location: Fenton, MO.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Duration: 1-year contract with possible extension.
