Caregiver Schedule Morning shifts available: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Part-time and flexible scheduling options Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home One-on-one care in private homes No facility or group-home assignments Caregiver Pay & Benefits $19–$22 per hour Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit Performance-Based Bonuses Flexible Scheduling Mileage Reimbursement Between Client Visits Paid Training Ongoing Professional Development 24/7 Caregiver Support Employee Recognition & Appreciation Programs Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Assistant, you will help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining safely in their homes. Responsibilities may include: Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting) Mobility assistance and safe transfers Medication reminders Meal preparation and nutrition support Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Safety monitoring and fall prevention Our caregivers build meaningful relationships by providing dedicated one-on-one care to seniors and their families.
