In this role, you will focus on benign hematology, sick visits, and follow-up care, building long-term relationships with patients while helping guide their treatment and overall wellness. The position includes inpatient rounding at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside as needed, providing continuity of care across both clinic and hospital settings. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced APP who enjoys a blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, values collaboration with physicians and clinical staff, and is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care throughout the patient journey.
