Bennington Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel LPN to join its nursing team for a 15-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care settings and be committed to providing exceptional resident care.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.

• Active LPN/LVN License (Vermont License or Compact License preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
