Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Travel Med Surg/Tele RN Role & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and document care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Explain procedures to patients, prepare for diagnostics, and facilitate discharge planning. Maintain safety standards, infection control, and advocate for patient needs. Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize based on acuity, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience. Valid RN license and current BLS certification. Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to move equipment and remain active; visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain professionalism.
