Location: Southeast Suburbs, IL

Pay: $3486.80 per week

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Home Hospice RN specializing in hospice care to join a compassionate team in the Southeast Suburbs, IL. This travel assignment involves providing care directly in patients' homes, enhancing the comfort and quality of life for individuals with end-stage disease processes. The work environment is dynamic, focused on patient-centered care within the community.

Key Responsibilities of the Home Hospice RN

Provide end of life care and planning
Manage pain and symptoms effectively
Coordinate care with other hospice RNs and management
Perform wound care and dressing changes
Handle drains including Pleurex, nephrostomy, and foley
Educate patients and families on care and symptom management
Utilize EMR: EPIC Remote Client for documentation

Requirements of the Home Hospice RN

Minimum 3 years of Home Hospice or Home Health experience
Valid BLS certification
Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
