Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure excellence in quality and patient experience. Develop positive relationships across disciplines to achieve shared goals. Conduct interviews, hire, develop, and evaluate departmental leadership. Evaluate personnel performance in a fair and transparent manner. Serve as a role model by demonstrating visibility and effective communication. Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and monitor expenses. Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns. Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery. Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure compliance with standards. Requirements Education: Master's degree in nursing required. Experience: At least three years of pertinent clinical practice. Preferred 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Licenses & Certifications: Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State. Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
