We invite you to join us. Sign On Bonus: $10,000. About the Role We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our supportive team at the Aurora clinic. Position Details Location: In-person, Aurora clinic Schedule: Full-time Workdays: Monday-Friday Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM 4-10s schedule available for full-time team members Session Requirements Monday-Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30‑minute sessions per day Friday: Availability for 8 × 30‑minute sessions Clinic Hours Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met Compensation $60,000 - $104,000 per year plus $10,000 sign on bonus for Full-time What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0‑21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, family‑centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time Requirements Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree Active Colorado (DORA) Physical Therapy license Passion for working with children of all ages, diagnoses, and abilities Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care Experience with pediatric patients (clinical rotations or professional experience) Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems Excellent communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to lift, transfer, and position pediatric patients safely Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience Experience in outpatient pediatrics, home health, early intervention, or school‑based therapy Knowledge of pediatric development, motor milestones, and age‑appropriate interventions Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company‑paid life insurance, with voluntary buy‑up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work‑life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
