Where You Will Work:

Aurora Lakeland Medical Center features a newly remodeled and expanded Emergency Department staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, offering 22 beds and an RN-to-patient ratio of 3:1, along with being a dedicated Geriatric Certified ED. The hospital is Stroke Certified, a Level III Trauma Center, and Chest Pain Accredited, and has been recognized as a LANTERN Award recipient for 20252028; when specialized care is needed, patients have direct access to advanced services at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee.

Were Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

o








Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

o








Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

o








Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
