Local HQ based Financial Services office working in the fastest growing demographic in the nation needs a big smile, fun hard working receptionist who loves working with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Reception, Phones and Client Greeting
- Appointment Setting and Confirmations (a must experience)
- Monthly Marketing Event Confirmations with Clients
- Local Client Marketing Events; client check in, greeting, and event success coordination.
- Client follow up, appointments and responses to client requests.
- Maintain Client Database, CRM and files.
Qualifications:
- Prior Phone Appointment Setting, Scheduling and Confirmation Experience
- Ability to build trust and confidence with Clients.
- Ability to be on time, prioritize and multitask as needed.
- Positive and professional appearance and outlook
- Excellent people skills, as well as written and oral skills.
- Have fun, enjoy helping people and building a career/retirement.
