FitLab is hiring a Y7 Yoga Instructor for our South Lamar studio location in Texas.

THE Y7 EXPERIENCE

Y7 combines vinyasa yoga, music, heat, and darkness to deepen the connection between mind and body. All classes are held in heated (85-95°), infrared-lit rooms to support detoxification, boost circulation, and increase flexibility. With candlelit spaces and no mirrors, students are encouraged to turn inward and explore their individual practice. Instructors craft beat-driven playlists that guide both breath and flow-creating a truly immersive and empowering experience.

We started Y7 with a mission of breaking down barriers to make yoga inclusive and accessible. Requirements

• 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Availability to teach morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week
• Comfortable teaching in heated rooms (85-95°) for extended periods
• Passionate about music and integrating it into the yoga experience
• Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing development
• Ability to pass a background check
• Other duties as assigned
