Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC. is a multi-practice law firm dedicated to guiding and empowering our community through exceptional legal services. We are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our Intake team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY : The Intake Specialist will provide a broad spectrum of sales and customer service under the supervision of an Intake attorney.

• Conduct potential client consultations
• Manage client interaction to facilitate communication.
• Locate and develop relevant case information
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Assist team in gathering documents from clients
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Maintain and conduct contact lists of potential clients for follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Adobe Acrobat)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
