Location: Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell, 3 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524, USA Description Shift: Full‑time evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or part‑time overnights (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM) Annual Salary: up to $104,000 Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $10,000 Pay or shift range: $93,600 USD to $104,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position; final offers are based on various factors including skill set, experience, location, shift, benefit selection, or other job‑related reasons. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell. In this position, you will oversee the day‑to‑day clinical activities of healthcare personnel while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. This role requires strong clinical decision‑making as well as expertise in administering medication, wound care, and other essential interventions. Responsibilities Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care. Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor vital signs and document patients' medical information. Manage common geriatric syndromes such as cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal issues. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations. Communicate with families regarding patient progress. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
