Part-Time Restaurant Manager We are a busy restaurant located in Akron and we are seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the staff. Responsibilities Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Managing and training staff members Creating schedules for staff members Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as neededyo? Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control Requirements Previous experience in a managerial role in the food/hospitality industry is preferred but not required Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Own visa or legal authorization to work in the country Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Salary This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month.
