Cath Lab Tech - 7A to 5P Shift

Location: Aurora, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift from 7A to 5P with rotating weekends.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech to join our high-functioning team in Aurora, CO. This role requires an engaged professional with a focus on high-quality patient care. Our Cath Lab features cutting-edge technology, including Philips Fluoro Systems and a strong structural heart program, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacer insertions, ICD placements, cardioversions, TEE procedures, and tilt table tests.
• Utilize monitoring skills and right heart monitoring techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of 16 skilled staff members, maintaining a patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as part of the team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT (R) along with RCIS or RCES certification is required.
• Willingness to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before starting work if holding RCIS or RCES certification.
• Preferred: ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification, scrubbing and monitoring skills, and prior Meditech experience.
