Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in the local healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating and implementing patient care specific to the ER department, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. The position requires working night shifts with a focus on delivering efficient, patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Position Description: Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; Start: ASAP; Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license; BLS Certification from AHA; ACLS Certification from AHA; PALS Certification from AHA; TNCC Certification; 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Responsibilities: Obtain and record initial assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, perform Point of Care testing procedures, participate in patient and family education, evaluate and modify care plans based on patient outcomes, and ensure timely documentation of interventions.
• Additional Information: Knowledgeable about patient rights, able to communicate effectively with patients and team members, and able to perform comprehensive assessments and nursing decisions based on clinical evaluation.
