I've journeyed from humble beginnings, building my practice from the ground up to today's growth and building a strong healthcare team.  Along the way, I've faced challenges and setbacks, but each one has helped me become a better Chiropractor and leader of my practice.

WHAT I NEED: 

I am seeking a positive, reliable, and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone). The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and a quick learner, open to understanding chiropractic principles, and passionate about motivating patients to make positive life changes. If you're dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager to empower others, we'd love to have you join our team.

You tasks will include: 

- New patient acquisition
- In charge of helping give new patients tours of the office when they arrive, going through their past medical histories, creating connections with them and educating them on chiropractic. 
- Prepare their new patient intake forms after they fill them out prior to them coming in 
- Checking Voicemails 

- Calling new patient leads (patients that request a new patient visit in our office) - Put the doctor’s recommendations into an excel spreadsheet to have the financials to present for the patient 
-insurance verifications 
- Greeting patients as well as checking them in and out 
- Patient scheduling 
- Calling missed appointments and setting up follow up calls on the schedule if the patient missed and did not respond 
- Providing laser sessions when needed (training will be provided) 
- In charge of finishing the daily cash deposit 

REQUIREMENTS: 

- You must be coachable and open to feedback 

- Positive/high energy 

- You must enjoy being in fast-paced environments and able to MULTITASK - Have a capacity to prioritize and be efficient 
- You must be kind; we are a close knit group and team chemistry matters - DETAIL ORIENTED - if details are not your thing this is not the job for you - Be able to take initiative and have leadership qualities

Job Summary
Chiropractic Assistants will assist the Chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care.  CA’s will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk but are also directly involved with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities 

• Answer the phone at the clinic 
• Greet patients when they enter the clinic
• Schedule patient appointments
• Explain fees to patients and accept payment
• Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
• Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
• Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment 
• Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments

 
Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
• Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
