Gym Operations Manager — Elevate Member Experience

EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager in Murray, UT to lead the Service team and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will oversee front desk, kids club, janitorial staff, and daily operations to meet revenue goals and uphold brand standards. The role requires 2–3 years in ops management and 3–4 years in customer service, with strong communication and team leadership.
