Pay starts at $21/hr, with overtime after 40 hours. This is full-time, Monday-Friday work, usually around 40-45 hours per week. No tire experience is required. Training is provided for the right people. This position is strictly temp-to-perm. You will start on our payroll with the direct intention of being hired on permanently by the client once you successfully complete your initial evaluation period. The work is physical. You will be on your feet all day, working with heavy commercial tires, tools, shop equipment, and year-round weather conditions. Good candidates usually come from backgrounds like construction, moving, warehouse, landscaping, automotive, mechanic helper work, general labor, machine operation, farm work, shop work, or other hands-on jobs.
