Licensing and Contracting Manager – Monticello, MN Our client is a premier distributor of life, annuity, long-term care, and securities-based insurance products serving financial professionals nationwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead, train, and coach a dedicated team while shaping the way exceptional service is delivered. Hours: 9am to 5pm • Duration: Direct Hire • Workplace: In Office • Pay: $65,000–$82,500 base salary. Key Responsibilities Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements Process all insurance cases within Salesforce Provide professional correspondence via email and phone Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances Work closely with the team to meet common goals and assist when able Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites Qualifications 5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience Minimum 3‑5 years in a management role Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr
