Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys , the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds . Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC . Position Type: Seasonal This position performs livescripted and impromptupromotional, sponsorship and in-game material to the Ripken Stadium audience via stadium sound system. Job Responsibilities Use a clear, demonstrative voice to communicate to our audience Complete any sponsorship needs / obligations during pre-game, in-game and post-game, as needed Ability to keep pace in an active and energetic live production environment Qualifications 1-2 years of public speaking, media production announcing, live entertainment or similar experience Confident, outgoing on-mic personality Special Requirements Competency of baseball and game rules a must Availability for up to but not limited to 40+ IronBirds home games and various non-game day events Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
