Company: The best roofing company in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. A 30-year family-owned business specializing in roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters.
Position: Canvassing Door to Door Trainee
No experience required — full training and support provided. We’re hiring friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and building a long-term career.
✅ EARN $50,000 to $75,000 PER YEAR
✅FULL TRAINING PROGRAM
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and identify homes that have worn or damaged roofing, siding or gutters
- Speak with homeowners and provide information about our products and services
- Educate homeowners on available financing options
- Schedule free roof inspections
- Represent the company professionally within the community
✅ This is not a sales position. Your primary responsibility is to generate interest and schedule appointments for our roofing specialists.

- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
