Are you a problem-solver with leadership skills and a passion for customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Installation Manager ! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our installation department, ensuring smooth operations, managing a talented team of installers, and driving top-notch customer experiences. What You’ll Do
The Installation Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships.
- Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers.
- Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team.
- Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred
Other Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
Travel
- Travel is primary local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
