Talent Acquisition Specialist - In Office

Job description
Shamrock Roofing & Construction is expanding our hiring team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for sales and field roles. This person will source candidates proactively, run phone and in-person interviews, and partner closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly with high-quality talent. The ideal candidate has a strong network-building instinct, sharp judgment for evaluating candidates, and a track record of hitting hiring targets.
Responsibilities
- Source and build a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, field, and support roles
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit and qualifications
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill
- Represent Shamrock's culture and brand to prospective candidates
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $48,000 - $53,000 per year (based on experience)
- Benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Location & Schedule
- In-office: Overland Park, KS
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
- Bonus: experience recruiting in construction, trades, sales, or high-volume roles
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet hiring quotas and deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with a fast pace
