Join our dedicated Memory Care team, where compassion, patience, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything we do.Position Overview:As a Memory Care Charge Nurse (RN or LPN), you'll oversee resident care, support your caregiving team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. You'll assess resident needs, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for residents, families, and fellow caregivers. Your commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional customer service helps create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our Memory Care community.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports each resident's individual needs, comfort, and well-being.Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure residents receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain exceptional standards of care.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and nursing standards.Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, notes, and medication records.Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.What We Offer:Job Types:Full-time and Part-time positions availableSchedule:Monday to FridayRotating weekends12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)Competitive Pay:$32.00 - $35.00 per hourFlexible Hours:Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per weekFull-Time: 32 – 40 hours per weekPosition Requirements:A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a Memory Care setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.Reliable transportation is required.Why Work at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care?We believe in taking care of our employees as much as our residents.
