Physician - Urology - practice where you vacation, beautiful Montana!

Position Overview We are seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our established and collaborative team in Great Falls. The role provides general urology with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests, including pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology, infertility, and oncology. You will collaborate closely with medical and radiation oncologists through a regional cancer center and participate in a weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified Urologist (BE/BC) required. Responsibilities Deliver efficient, high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a well‑established practice with 4 Urology physicians. Perform outpatient procedures in four procedure rooms and participate in surgical services located in 10 operating rooms, a dedicated cystoscopy suite, and robotic platforms (Da Vinci 5 & XI). Develop subspecialty interests based on personal preferences. Collaborate with oncologists and participate in weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board. Use Epic EMR system; integrate AI tools and customize scheduling templates. Schedule & Call Clinic hours: 7:00AM – 5:00PM, with flexibility to support physician preference. Call rotation: 1:5 call coverage. Single emergency department call; approx. one consult per day while on call. Weekend volume: approx. one surgical case per weekend.
