Avenue Five Institute is an award-winning Beauty and Wellness school with two campuses in Austin, TX. We are currently seeking exceptional Cosmetology Instructors to support our growing population of talented students.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service, verbal communication and organizational skills, experience in use of computer technology, along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others. Possible full-time and/or part-time positions with day and evening shifts.
The professionals we seek should have at least 2 years of continuous experience in a salon, spa, or similar environment. 5+ years experience is strongly encouraged.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Cosmetology License in the State of Texas
- 2 years continuous experience in a salon, spa, barbershop, or similar environment (5+ recommended)

COSMETOLOGY (8 Months): Our advanced cosmetology curriculum consists of Sassoon cutting principals, Wella Professional color methodologies, and styling techniques from Sebastian Professional. The student salon floor is an extension of your classroom and students learn hands-on, treating real clients under the expert guidance of licensed professionals. The popular Avenue Five Institute student salon and spa regularly tops Yelp’s list of the most-reviewed salons and spas in Austin.
