An HVAC installer at ASP is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Paid in weekly installments of $500, beginning after 60 days of employment and continuing until the full bonus is paid out (20 weeks total). Eligibility requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Essential job duties

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
• Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalate to install manager when appropriate

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time

Posted min pay rate: USD $28.00/hr.

Posted max pay rate: USD $40.00/hr.
