Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring both staff and customers receive the finest drinks and a great bar experience. Maintain a friendly atmosphere for staff and customers. Deliver outstanding service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Qualifications Minimum age of 21 years (per state law). Effective verbal communication skills. Commitment to making a positive impact and delivering excellent customer service. Benefits Competitive wages at $6.75 per hour PLUS tips. Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must speak clearly, listen attentively to staff and dining room, wear protective hand and face coverings for the duration of the shift, and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
