Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage therapy services customized to each guest's needs
• Deliver an outstanding luxury spa experience from start to finish
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to spa standards
• Educate guests on wellness recommendations and home care products
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Current Texas Massage Therapist License
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for wellness and helping guests feel their best

Preferred Experience

• Luxury spa or resort experience
• Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or specialty massage certifications
• Retail sales experience
