Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Maintain a robust and accurate clinical record-keeping system, complying with ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality in client interactions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Participate in continuous professional development, attending relevant workshops and staying informed about advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Serene Mindscape Wellness, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults who are experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
