Fonda Specialty Care, a 46-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Fonda, IA, is now hiring!
Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others through your clinical skills and dedication? Care Initiatives invites you to join our team as a Charge Nurse, where your care makes a lasting difference. Position Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
- Status: Full-time

Qualifications:
- Active and valid RN license in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations for long-term care.
