Job Title: Commercial Concrete Estimator Location: Sarasota, FL Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits


We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to join a growing and well-established construction team in the Sarasota, Florida area. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in both commercial and residential high-rise concrete projects, including large-scale mixed-use developments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential high-rise concrete projects
  
  
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop competitive bids
  
  
• Compile and present comprehensive take-offs and budgets
  
  
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership during preconstruction
  
  
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  
  
• Maintain and provide a proven concrete project list demonstrating past success
  
  
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies
  
  
• Participate in client meetings and bid presentations as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of concrete estimating experience (REQUIRED)
  
  
• Extensive background in commercial, residential high-rise, and mixed-use projects
  
  
• Proven track record of successfully estimating large-scale concrete scopes
  
  
• Documented project list showcasing completed concrete projects
  
  
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and pricing
  
  
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools
  
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  
  
• Stable work history preferred
