Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide availability in advance and accept assignments based on clinic coverage needs, including vacancies, planned leave, or staffing surges.
- Be available to work at any MLMC clinic location as operational needs require.
- Failure to meet minimum shift requirements for two (2) consecutive quarters without prior approval may result in inactive or terminated PRN status.
Orientation, Training & Professional Development
- Complete all required onboarding, orientation, and competency training prior to independent clinical practice.
- Participate in annual or periodic competency validation, EMR updates, compliance education, and quality improvement activities.
- Attend required provider education sessions and meetings (in person or virtually, as designated).
