Position: RN or LPN (Charge Qualified) - Long Term Care

Job Status : Full Time, 12 Hour Day Shifts & Every Other Weekend

Pay Rate: LPN $25.63 - $32.01

RN $34.52 - $47.05 - Additional $2.00 hour for BSN degree, additional $1.00 hour for approved certifications

Required Skills :

• Provide direction, assessment, supervision and evaluation of resident care
• Implement facility policies, procedures, and coordinates nursing activities with other services provided by members of health care team
• Provides supervisory direction and development of all CNA's

Qualifications :

• RN or LPN License required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• 2 - 3 years experience in a health care setting preferred
