What You'll Do

As a Remote Family Benefits Consultant , you'll become a trusted resource for clients seeking guidance on supplemental benefit options.

Client Service & Support

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms

• Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options

• Educate clients on products and services in a clear, professional manner

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation

• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after enrollment

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

Relationship Building

• Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service

• Develop long-term client relationships through consistent communication

• Deliver personalized solutions based on each client's needs

• Create a positive and supportive client experience from start to finish

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship programs

• Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and leadership workshops

• Continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills

• Stay current on products, systems, and industry best practices
