About the Role:

JUST TRANSPORT INC is looking for a reliable and motivated FedEx Ground Driver to join our growing team in Santa Maria, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the road, serve your community, and build a rewarding career in package delivery and logistics.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver FedEx Ground packages along assigned routes
Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient daily route completion
Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation
Provide excellent customer service during every delivery interaction
Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards
Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery schedules and deadlines
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with the Santa Maria, CA area is a plus
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
