Retail Auto Estimator II

Cox Automotive is hiring a Retail Auto Estimator II for its Manheim Nevada operation. In this role, you will inspect vehicles, document damage, and prepare accurate repair and reconditioning estimates for retail remarketing. You’ll use estimation software, OEM guidelines, and auction standards to price repairs, parts, and labor while balancing cost, safety, and quality. The Estimator partners with technicians, vendors, and sales teams to prioritize work, adjust estimates, and ensure timely vehicle readiness. You’ll also maintain detailed records, support process improvements, and deliver clear, customer-focused communication in a fast-paced auction environment.
