Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Licensure Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa Current CPR (BLS) certification Mandatory Reporter Certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse) Location Primary Practice Location: Osceola, Iowa Occasional travel to other Infinity Health dental locations may be required.
