About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Project Delivery and Operations to oversee the safe and compliant execution of all projects within the business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet all contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements, as well as monitoring performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves leading a team, identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Head of Project Delivery and Operations will be involved in business development, client engagement, and financial and commercial management, including managing project P&L, forecasting, and financial performance. Applicants for the Head of Project Delivery and Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in delivering projects within construction, engineering, facilities, or technical environments. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance. A background in business development or sales within project-based services is a plus, as is experience in critical environments or complex technical facilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong analytical and commercial skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. A degree in a related field and technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or construction disciplines are also desirable.
