Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, using evidence-based tools and approaches.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and clients’ goals, taking into consideration their unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to promote personal growth and mental well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory and ethical standards, documenting client progress and treatment adjustments in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in clinical supervision and consultation opportunities to enhance skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals seeking help.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a teletherapy environment is highly desirable, especially within a community health clinic or private practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
